Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they apply to all orders. By clicking in the “I Accept / Accept” – button at the opening of an account and / or placing an order you accept the present General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
1 General Conditions
This website is operated by Éditions Vers le Futur. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Éditions Vers le Futur. Éditions Vers le Futur offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
2 Prices and range of products
All our prices are in Euro (€), including taxes. The prices displayed on our site may change depending on currency exchange if your order from a country with different currency. Our inventory is constantly updated and all products appearing in the shop are available. The products can be books, fanzines or pictures. We keep the right to cancel an order at will.
3 Orders
Our online shop is not a binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation for the customer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a sales contract.
4 Payment methods
We only accept payments via Paypal.
5 Shipping
5.1 Zones
Éditions Vers le futur ships worldwide. Prices are defined by theses areas :
–Zone 1 : France
–Zone 2 : Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, including Liechtenstein, San Marino, Vatican City)
-Zone 3 : International (all countries not listed above)
5.2 Shipping methods
We use two different methods : Tracked and Economic shipping.
Economic : Only for Zone 2. No tracking number, slow delivery time
Tracked : For all zones. Tracking number, standard delivery time
For any requests (large orders, fast shipping methods) please contact us.
5.3 Delivery
All orders are sent in a delay of 3 business days after the confirmation of the payment. On request, we can give the tracking number to the customer.
Estimated delivery is :
–Economic : 1-2 weeks for Europe.
–Tracked : 3-4 days for Europe (including France), 5-7 days for the rest of the world. (8-10 days for some countries as Australia, India, Nigéria)
6 Intellectual property
All material on the website and the website itself is subject to copyright. All material is the property of Éditions Vers le Futur. It can only be used for private, personal and non-commercial purposes. All our digital publications are also subject to copyright.
7 Privacy
All data about customers is treated with care and only used for shipping. We do not share any information with third party companies.

The site may contain links to other websites. We cannot control those websites and external sources and we cannot be held liable for any access problems or the content or material present on such websites.
